a leader has folllowers

a leader is someone who has followers. Even poor leaders have followers, but of course usually not for long. That's because the goal of leadership is to get results. It's hard for poor leaders-who beat ppl up, strive to control, or pretend to have all the answers-to get anything but short term results.

so what are the keys to to motivate ppl ?
~leaders should stand for something-ideas, values that others may respect
~leaders define quality for the ppl who work for them

YOU DONT NEED CHARISMA TO B A GOOD LEADER... YOU NEED TO STAND FOR SOMETHING :)
